ALL ACCESS MORNING
Doors open at 8:00 AM for All Access Pass holders only.
Start your morning with a premium coffee bar, exclusive merch shopping, and unhurried time with the Heart Dive team before the full crowd arrives. This block is intentionally small and personal, built for conversation, connection, a sit-down panel, and time with the team before the day begins.

HEART DIVE LIVE CONFERENCE
This is the main event. An immersive, interactive Bible study experience in the book of Haggai. The exact reading on the Heart Dive 365 reading plan for Day 262.
Three sessions. One focus.
Read the Word. Know His Heart. Live It Out.
Boxed lunch included. This is not a sit-and-listen conference. Bring your Bible and all your journaling supplies for an interactive teaching.

The evening is truly a continuation of the day. It is a celebration of everything God has done.
Expect high energy, powerful worship, baptisms, and communion. This is the moment the whole day has been building toward.

Tickets & Access:
When do tickets go on sale?
Heartkeepers get early access beginning July 1 through July 4. General public registration opens July 5. Spots are limited.
What is a Heartkeeper?
Heartkeepers are our monthly ministry partners and prayer community. They get first access to tickets before anyone else. You can become a Heartkeeper here.
What is the difference between the three tickets?
The All Access Pass ($90) includes the full day — the exclusive morning session, the daytime conference, and the Overflow Evening Celebration. The Day Pass ($60) covers the daytime conference and the Overflow Evening Celebration. The Evening Only ticket ($30) is for the Overflow Evening Celebration only, doors open at 5:00 PM.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchasing?
Email us at [hello@heartdive.org] and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds.
However, we know life happens. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
Just email us at [hello@heartdive.org] with the name of the person you are transferring to and we will do our best to update it on our end.
The Event:
Where is Heart Dive Live?
Southern Hills at City Station, Carrollton, Georgia.
What time does everything start and end?
All Access doors open at 8:00 AM. Day Pass doors open at 10:00 AM. The daytime conference wraps at 3:00 PM. Evening Celebration doors open at 5:00 PM and the night concludes at 9:00 PM.
Do I need to attend the whole day?
Nope. Each ticket gets you exactly what you signed up for. If you have an Evening Only ticket, just show up at 5:00 PM.
What book of the Bible will we be studying?
Haggai. September 19 falls on Day 262 of Heart Dive 365 — the exact day we read Haggai 1 and 2. No prior knowledge required. Just bring your Bible ready to mark up.
Is this just for women? Can I bring my kids?
Heart Dive Live is open to women and men. We welcome anyone who is hungry for God's Word.
We welcome attendees ages 12 and older. Please use discretion. The event will be packed and the daytime sessions involve sit-down, interactive Bible study. Childcare is not available at this event.
Food & Logistics:
Is food included?
All Access Pass holders receive a light continental breakfast and a boxed lunch.
Day Pass holders receive a boxed lunch. Gluten-free options are available.
Coffee and water will be available throughout the day.
The Evening Celebration does not include a meal.
What if I have dietary restrictions beyond gluten-free?
At this time we cannot accommodate additional dietary restrictions. Several restaurants are located nearby if you prefer to eat elsewhere or bring a sack lunch because we intend to "study" through our lunch.
What should I bring?
Your Bible, highlighters, pens, a notebook, Bible journaling supplies and stickers, a water bottle, and a light jacket — rooms can be cold.
What if I plan to be baptized?
Bring a change of clothes, a towel, and sandals or appropriate footwear. More details will be sent as the event approaches.
Will there be hotel accommodations?
No.
However, we have provided recommendations below with a map for your convenience. (My preference is the hotel near Adamson Square for a lovely downtown experience.)

Will there be merchandise available?
Yes.
Attendees will have exclusive early access to the new Heart Dive Lover of the Word collections and other Heart Dive Overflow exclusive items.
All Access Pass holders get early shopping access before the crowds arrive.
Will books be available for purchase?
Yes.
Heart Dive 365 Book One by Kanoe Gibson & Holly Rigos will be available for purchase.
All Access Pass holders receive a dedicated book signing time during the morning session.

Throughout Scripture, God's people regularly gathered to remember His faithfulness before returning home to live faithfully. That is the heart of the Overflow Evening Celebration. We gather. We worship. We remember. We celebrate. Then we go back into our homes, churches, communities, and workplaces ready to live out what we have learned.
