If you have ever scrolled through our library and felt a little overwhelmed by the different “Phases,” I want you to take a deep breath. You aren’t behind; you are exactly where you need to be.
To make our “shared porch” easier to navigate, we are moving away from specific years because God’s Word is eternal. We have organized our content into three distinct Phases based on the depth and heart posture of your study today.
The Three Phases of Heart Dive
Whether you are a “baby Christian” just starting out or you’ve been walking with the Lord for decades, there is a lane for you here.
Phase 1: Heart Dive 365
The Foundational Verse-by-Verse Walk
This is our primary “On-Ramp” and the place we recommend every new Bible study friend begin.
- The Goal: To lay a solid foundation by reading every single word, line-by-line, to understand the context and the “why” behind the Word.

- Daily Verse-by-Verse Video: A whole teaching where we study together. Videos are available on YouTube, YouTube Music, and Audio format on streaming platforms.
- Daily HEART CHECK PDFs: A daily study guide for each video lesson. Each pdf includes:

Phase 2: Heartbeat of God
The Deeper Character & Nature Study
Once you have a foundation, Phase 2 invites you to slow down even more.
- The Goal: To look past the “information” and find the “transformation” by identifying God’s character rising to the surface of the text.

We keep this here as a legacy resource for those who want to hear the “Early Days” of the Heart Dive journey.

A Note on the Notes (And Why They Stay Separate)
One of the most frequent questions we get in the Lobby is: “Can you just combine all of Kanoe’s notes into one master file?”
While we want to keep things simple, we cannot combine notes from different days into a single document.
Here is why:
- Copyright Agreements: We use the ESV Interleaved Bible, and our ability to share these resources is built on strict copyright agreements with the publisher. Combining them into a single massive file would break these legal boundaries.
- Personal Responsibility: I am a student of the Word right along with you. My notes are my personal “Heart Work” from a specific season. If I give you everything at once, it might rob you of the joy of sitting with the Holy Spirit and finding what He wants to say to you today. –Kanoe
