Day 087 Joshua 19-21

Welcome to Day 087. While the other tribes get contiguous land, the Levites get cities scattered throughout Israel. At first, it might seem like they got the short end of the stick.

But think about it: the Levites are spread throughout the land so they can serve all the people. They're woven into every community. Their presence reminds everyone that God is among them.

And God makes sure they're provided for. Every tribe contributes to their support. They're not left behind or forgotten.

God also establishes cities of refuge. If someone accidentally kills another person, they can run to one of these cities and be safe from revenge. They get a trial. They get protection. They get a second chance.

It's beautiful, really. God's system ensures that no one, not the priests, not the vulnerable, not the accidentally guilty, is left out or forgotten.

The Heartbeat: God doesn't just care about the powerful or visible. He ensures provision and protection for everyone. He sees the overlooked and makes sure they're cared for.

Before Heart Dive

Our Foundation: In 2023, Kanoe took the first dive. It began as a raw, real-time experimental Bible study in consistency; a commitment to walk through the Word chronologically and see what happened when we showed up for God every day.

This was where Heart Dive was birthed, not as a ministry but as a personal call to obedience. Kanoe didn't intend for it to catch fire and grow beyond her "junk journaling" of #NOTESandHUES.

Yet, it was where she found her rhythm, testing the waters of daily video commentary and discovering a community of "Heart Divers" hungry for more than just a surface-level reading.

These early reflections may contain doctrinal or technical errors. We ask for your grace as you listen, and always encourage you to study the Word for yourself.
